The details are becoming clear for the 1/8 corner of the mega structure.  The solid permanent level below the impermanent steel cloud. TV Studios for CNNTurk and Kanal D can be seen as yellow and red in the permanent level, -1.

Time Warner & Dogan Istanbul

One section of the Time Warner & Doğan building I'm working on for my project: Migrant Corporation with Diploma 8 unit master, Eugene Han.

The lower 25m is the permanent, higher 25m level is the impermanent space where ownerships change depending on the corporation's economic situation.
