The details are becoming clear for the 1/8 corner of the mega structure. The solid permanent level below the impermanent steel cloud. TV Studios for CNNTurk and Kanal D can be seen as yellow and red in the permanent level, -1.

This is the mirror covered core with color coded staircase.

Time Warner & Dogan Istanbul

One section of the Time Warner & Doğan building I'm working on for my project: Migrant Corporation with Diploma 8 unit master, Eugene Han.

The lower 25m is the permanent, higher 25m level is the impermanent space where ownerships change depending on the corporation's economic situation.

Buildings are located on the loop surrounding the site, lifts connect the buildings to the -1 where infrastructure is located.

As part of the AA Diploma 8 research, my design for the Migrant Corporation started to take its first form as a building. The image shows the impermanent level of the building, Level 1.

Dentapoli

http://www.dentapoli.com will be launched this weekend. Dentapoli project is part of our research on the dental clinics started on August 2011 with Okmeydanı Clinic design for dentist and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon Dr. Berfin Karataş.

The Migrant Corporation

AA Diploma 8, unit master: Eugene Han. Project on the migrant corporation. Located at the Mecidiyeköy Ali Sami Yen Stadium site. Design for a new Doğan Media Headquarters: Hürriyet, Kanal D, TNT and CNNTurk. Building is being designed as an indeterminate frame with a platform - long term base and short term / unpredictable programme located above the platform. A very densely used edge will frame to define/influence an empty - potentially an event space. The pedestrian and vehicle relationship is being investigated while the must-have pockets of highly specified spaces for the corporation is provided.

Haydarpasa Gari

Instead of converting the train station to a hotel, I find the building next to the station more interesting for a hotel conversion.

Mahalle V: Kagithane

Mahalle Vertical is now located in Kagithane, Istanbul as part of the Sisli project. Creating a bridge between Çağlayan and Golden Horn.

we've been working on Zorlu Center proposal since July 2007. Although it looks like the building is nothing but an icon, we've only used what Zorlu has given us in the brief to come up with this design.
